I, Barbara Widauer, have been working at the reception desk of the Homöopathie im Fokus practice since August 2023. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, I am the first point of contact on the phone and in person at the practice. Responsible for making appointments and other administrative tasks, I see myself as the linchpin between the patients and our homeopaths. The balancing act of managing different tasks almost simultaneously is a challenge that I enjoy! 😊
